If you moved some of your characters to a second new server, you’ll need to do this twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If anything goes wrong, you can rename the new folder to -new and remove the -old from the original folder until you can figure out what went wrong. I had to do this on FIVE accounts and had no trouble.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will probably have to reload all your plugins. I only had three plugins, LostLore, Travel Window II and an RT plugin. (I have others that I no longer use.)<\/p>\n\n\n

Open your File Manager. (This is on Win 11.)<\/p>\n\n\n

Open your Lord of the Rings Folder.<\/p>\n\n\n

Open PluginData.<\/p>\n\n\n

Open the folder with your username.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rename the server that you have moved onto (add -old to the name). DO NOT delete this folder. (Right-click and click Rename in the popup.)<\/p>\n\n\n

Highlight and COPY the name of the server where you had the most characters. (Ctrl C) Paste that folder. (Ctrl V) The system will add – Copy to the end of the folder name.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rename this COPY to the name of your new server.<\/p>\n\n\n

If you moved characters from multiple servers, open another server folder.<\/p>\n\n\n

Highlight the names of all the characters you moved to the new server. Copy those names.<\/p>\n\n\n

Paste those names into the folder for your new server.<\/p>\n\n\n
